The property is located in Acceso Sudeste 2850 East collector Road (Km 10 of the Buenos Aires - La Plata highway), Avellaneda district. On an area of 14 hectares. expandable in the future, the site has a 5,040 sqm covered module(approx)., and a 3,300 sqm high semi-covered module under which containers are operated. It also has a stowing room of approximately 11,500 m2, within the primary customs zone.
The park is located on the Ruta de la Tradición (formerly Camino de Cintura) and Avda. Olimpo, Partido de Esteban Echeverría, approximately 2,600 meters away from the intersection of the Ricchieri Highway and the former Camino de Cintura. On an area of 36 hectares, the park consists of 15 modules of approx. 10,000 sqm each, distributed in three pavilions which total a covered area of 150,000 m2 of warehouses.
The park is located on the edge of Riachuelo on Carlos Pellegrini street, in the Avellaneda district. Strategically located 1,000 meters from the Exolgan port terminal and 1,500 meters from the entrance to CABA. On an area of 11 hectares, the park consists of three warehouses that total a storage area of 43,000 m2.
The property is located in the Zarate Industrial Park, 6 kilometers from Route 9 and 1.5 km from the port of TZ. It is located on an area of 4 hectares of its own. It consists of a warehouse with a surface area of 1,900 sqm, a side overhang that allows loading operation on rainy days, a truck scale, and a recently expanded container yard of 6,000 sqm of concrete.
